Beautiful holiday building 100 metres from the sea.

The Saab/Scania Jubileumsfond owns 8 of the 37 apartments in the Havsviken Condominium.

The apartments
All apartments have either a balcony or a terrace with partial sea view and access to a heated swimming pool from week 26 to week 32 (app. 25 june – 15 august). However access to pool is not guaranteed. Pool management is based on voluntary work by members of the housing cooperative. The pool may be closed due to decisions by the authorities or staff shortages. A perfect place to sunbathe and swim or just to relax and enjoy yourself! The location is in the middle of Köpingsvik, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bakery, and mini-golf and in the proximity of three lovely beaches.

The apartments are approximately 52 m2 and  intended for four but can, if necessary, accommodate six people.

  • Apartments 3, 7, 13 and 15 are located on the upper floor.
  • Apartments 4, 12, 18 and 22 are located on the ground floor.

An apartment includes three rooms, two of which are bedrooms with two beds in each room; a living room with TV and a sofa bed (two beds); and a kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee-maker and  a kettle.

WiFi is available in the apartments all season, as well as TV connected to Telia’s channel range.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer and bike storage are located in the basement. The same key as for the apartment fits this space.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments.

Apartments 12 and 22 are equipped with a ramp for easier access. However, they are not otherwise adapted to disabled persons.

Pets are only allowed in apartment 4.

Key
The key is picked up and returned at Edith o Julia B&B in Rälla. Unreturned key will be charged with 1 500 SEK.

Swimming
Walking distance to swimming in Köpingsvik.

Parking
Parking on the common parking lot of the housing cooperative is only permitted within the marked spaces in front of the buildings. Parking of campers/mobile homes is not permitted. Unfortunately, the spaces are fewer than the number of apartments. It is also allowed to park in the road between the houses and the camping area closer to the sea: entrance through Skurkvarnsvägen. Any visitors to the tenants of the Jubileumsfond must park outside this area.

Cleaning
The guest is responsible for cleaning the apartment before checking out and a colleague checking in. Failure to clean the apartment will result in a charge of
SEK 1 500.
